Our mission is to enhance the health and longevity of companion animals by utilizing the latest medical knowledge and expertise of highly qualified, experienced medical personnel. In Addition, we pledge to provide a clean, efficient, and friendly facility for our clients and patients.

Our Facility
Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital’s facility has been completely renovated and expanded to incorporate the newest technology and enhance patient and client comfort. We take great pride in our clean and friendly office. Our equipment is up-to-date and well maintained. |

Eric Louër, D.V.M., Practice Director
Following his graduation from Alfort University of Veterinary Medicine in Paris, Dr. Louër joined a mixed practice in France caring for both farm animals and domestic pets. In 1989, Dr. Louër completed the process of US licensing with postgraduate studies at the Animal Medical Center, NYC and the New Bolton Center at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Louër has been the owner and director of GWLAH since 1994 and heads the surgical team. |

Janet R. Streng, D.V.M.
Dr. Streng graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin in 1991. She joined Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital in 1996. Her primary focus is diagnostic medicine and wellness-care. Compassionate and caring, Dr. Streng is actively involved with rescue and animal welfare with interests in animal behavior. |

Kathleen Price, D.V.M.
Dr. Price graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. Dr. Price joined GWLAH in 2001, bringing with her a wealth of experience in diagnostic medicine and surgery for felines, canines and small mammals. Dr. Price has a special interest in small animal medicine. Dr. Price is an avid horseback rider and shares her horse with Starlight Farms for therapeutic riding. |

Bennett S. Goldstein, D.V.M., M.Env.S.
Dr. Goldstein, a relief veterinarian, graduated Ross University of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. He completed veterinary medical rotations at Cardiopet Veterinary Referral Centre. Dr. Goldstein has extensive experience in human and emergency medicine and is a part of the National Veterinary Response Team. |
